Take as many or as few classes as you’d like, in our fully flexible Summer Camp! With a wide variety of options, it’s the perfect time to experiment with your practise and to try a new style.

·         Summer Flow Flowing and balanced movement…all levels.

·         Summer Fit Cardio enhanced movement…General level of fitness required.

·         Summer Strength Strength and Endurance Movement…Previous Pilates experience required.

Monday 12th August

  • 10-11am Summer Flow with Mira

Tuesday 13th August

  • 6.30-7.30pm Summer Strength

Wednesday 14th August

  • 6.30-7.30pm Summer Flow

  • 7.30-8.30pm Summer Fit

Saturday 17th August

  • 10-11am Summer Strength with Sue

  • 11-12noon Summer Fit with Sue

Monday 19th August

  • 10-11am Summer Flow with Mira

Private Sessions

We are also offering discounted private sessions – in both pilates and PT – so if you haven’t tried your own bespoke session before, why not give it a go?

Bookings can only be made once receipt of payment has been acknowledged. All bookings to be made in advance. All pre booked purchases are non exchangeable and non refundable. After initial responses, classes may be subject to change based on numbers. We will let you know as soon as possible if this affects your class.
